Stuff

I am hoping to get broadband in the next weeks. When I was with Gaelic Telecom Eircom said my line showed "red" for broadband but AMAZINGLY since I went back with Eircom thay have now said I am "amber" and I have a 50% chance of getting it.

It is amazing how backward this country is.It still wants to be in the 19 eighties.I'm sure in Finland everyone has high speed broadband but here a lot of people can't get it AND I will only be on 1mb whereas in other countries the minimum would be 15mb or sumsuch.

This country is a real shithole (Ireland) and its lead by a bunch of total shitholes who are all either corrupt or bogmen who couldn't lead a tea party.

Fuck them!

Tiger is on his last legs...

You have not eaten for nearly 3 weeks and it seems you have a tumour.I don't think you are going to pull through. You have been part of the crew for over 16 years and I hope you enjoyed them.I will miss you when you go...

On The Beach (Neil Young)

I went to Bishop's Quarter Beach during the week with the dog.Its between Kinvara and Ballyvaughan, about 30 minutes away. What was amazing was that it took 5 years off the dog! He was full of joy and happiness and instead of shuffling behind me at a foot an hour he was running ahead and loving it.I have decided to bring him to the beach at least once a week when the weather is good.I want to go to Fanore beach next week.I asked H to go but her parents are in town so she can't.

Also, Jake has been on Wobenzym N for the past 3 days.It may take a month to get working. The last two days he seems to have had more energy. If your dog suffers from arthritis check out digestive enzymes - they are important.

A pic of Bishops Quater beach should be included...

Back again, phew!

I haven't been here in ages.I could not find the blog through searching and ass-umed it had been deleted.I am in Co Galway now and all is very well. The cat has settled in very well and does not miss his old home.I think the dog likes it (he is snoring beside me now).
The West Coast of Ireland is really beautiful and the people here are friendly and helpful.Come here on a holiday, you won't regret it and forget about Dublin, it is a shithole full of scumbags.Ps, Kim Fowley is a hero of mine.

Happy Jake

Jake the Wicklow Collie.

Jake will be 13 in October 2007.He was a rescue dog I got at 7 months old.He was living in a very bad part of Dublin and had been abused. It took him a year and a half to come out of his shell and show his true personality. He is a bit of a fighter (still) and can sniff out aggressive dogs (male) that he does not like and will have a go at them.
In the space of 3 years he was poisoned twice, he has had his balls cut of age 10 because of growths and last year he had surgery on a lump on his chest. But he has a strong will to live.
Soon we will be moving to South Galway and I'm sure the dog will love the countryside and the Atlantic Ocean. The cat will hate the move as he is so used to this house and he is 15.But very healthy.
If you have the time and patience get yourself a dog, they are the best.If you are lazier then get a cat.
